Following on the theme of last year’s program, this meeting will focus and expand on global anti-corruption compliance with an emphasis on FCPA and UK Bribery Act compliance. New to this year’s meeting are the recent 2014 cases in FCPA enforcement, including Alcoa.
There is an immediate need for companies to better manage and enhance their in-house FCPA compliance programs. Building on this is a need to stay on top of the new laws and regulations that more and more countries are implementing. Attendees will gain a thorough understanding of all varying laws concerning Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery compliance in the US, UK and abroad.
