MORS has been awarded “Bank ALM System of the year” in the RISK TECHNOLOGY AWARDS 2018, hosted by RISK.NET. Risk.net organises the Risk Technology Awards (RTAs) that recognise the leading vendor solutions on enterprise risk, operational risk and credit risk. The panel of judges contains technology users, risk management practitioners and members of the editorial team.

The winners were presented on 12 June, 2018 in London at The Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square. “We are very proud to be recognised as ALM system of the year. We are also very grateful to our clients for providing feedback and requirements.

This information from our clients has been instrumental in helping us further develop our ALM solution. We believe the award recognises our very strong ALM offering in areas such as Interest Rates Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB). MORS allows our clients to perform powerful scenario and “what-if” calculations both for regulatory and internal purposes” said Mika Mustakallio, MORS Software CEO. “

The purpose is to get EUR place @ CB for LCR compliance purpose (no trading purposes). Bank's Management think that this should be considered as a trading position and therefore be classified within the Bank's trading book.…
