Job Description

The Treasury Manager - Systems & Processes, will be involved in a range of responsibilities, including on-going treasury reporting, project management (currently system implementation) and management of the outsourced service providers. Responsibilities will include:

• Successful implementation of new systems and new projects
• Management of the treasury life-cycle to ensure the treasury platform runs effectively and efficiently
• Lead a small team, managing middle and back office work flow
• Maintain documentation and assist in renewals of Group insurances
• Autonomous and self-starting work ethic to tackle niche and complex questions
• Monitor and align treasury solutions with changing regulatory requirements and group risk appetite

In addition to the relocation (if required) and extensive treasury exposure, the Treasury Manager - Systems & Processes will:

• Possess proven treasury experience, In depth treasury products life cycle knowledge
• Understand Operational Risk
• Have previous systems project management experience
• Show initiative, proactively searching out solutions to complex requests
• Have a autonomous and self-starting work ethic to tackle niche and complex questions
• Be a pragmatic team player with strong interpersonal skills
