The Requirements

We're creating a new standalone bank, Williams & Glyn, dedicated to outstanding service and the needs of our customers. To ensure we fulfil our full potential, we need talented people, particularly within Risk, an area of significant growth.

We’re now looking for Risk Systems, Data and Reporting specialists to join us based in Manchester and Edinburgh.

Roles within this specialism perform a central role responsible for the validation & maintenance of the Risk models across Retail and Corporate businesses, including Fraud and Operational scorecards and strategies and Basel, Capital and Stress testing models. They are also responsible for validating risk systems, data quality and processes- therefore positions in this area will generally have a strong technical, data orientated caveat.

What we’re looking for;

• Candidates who can support our business by providing reports and analytical insight in to the credit risk performance of our Retail and Corporate portfolios, including how our book is growing through new lending activity
• Familiarity with a range of technologies used across the banking industry for Credit & Risk system processes coupled with excellent data management experience
• Excellent stakeholder management skills enabling you to support colleagues who serve customers through maintaining key risk systems for credit applications, customer management and account opening.
