Im an insurance agent with almost 21 years of experience in the individual insurance markets. I sell quality of life insurance with American General Life to individuals and worksite. I want to learn the AGLA platform and company culture well enough to be promoted to sales manager with in the next year. My main business chalanges is getting people approved for the coverage applied for.
