Just completed my PhD in Communication Management at the University of Pretoria. My thesis is entitled "Towards a conceptual model of the relationship between corporate trust and corporate reputation. My key contention is that the loss of stakeholders' trust in an organisation poses one of the biggest risks and threats for an organisation's longer-term sustainable success and survival.
