I am the managing consultant for my own consultancy in organisational development and corporate strategy. I have over 20 years experience in Human Resources in blue chip multinational organisations and have coached several high potentials and entrepreneurs. As I consult organisations, a key area is to understand the multiple risks that faces the organisation and make the client aware of such risk that are either currently existing or as an impact to a new strategy or execution. Risk management is an integral part of corporate strategy but i cannot hold my self as an expert in this area. I am not sure how I can add value to this group until I understand the group strength as against my own but I am certainly looking out for learning opportunity in this area.
