My current role at Wolseley UK Ltd is Risk and Compliance Manager. I have responsibility for working with the business to develop, maintain and update the risk register. I am currently working on a project on Business Continuity planning and Incident Management. I manage a team of field based employees who are responsible for carrying out checks across the branch network to identify any non compliance with operational procedures.
