Alon Stivi is the CEO of Direct Measures and Outcome Logic. He is a security and counterterrorism specialist and a Master Instructor of the Hisardut® Israel Survival System - the only system in the world specifically developed to combat terrorism. He emigrated to the U.S.A from Israel after serving in an elite unit of the IDF where he participated in missions in defense of the State of Israel and trained troops for combat. He has served as an advisor to federal, state and local government and is a Police Officer Standard Training (P.O.S.T) certified law enforcement trainer. He taught close combat tactics to the US Navy SEAL CQB Instructors and teaches Active Shooter Survival and Terrorism Responder courses funded by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). He is certified by the Department of Justice (DOJ) in Dignitary Protection and has protected dignitaries and fortune 500 executives worldwide. He currently serves with the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department (LASD) Emergency Operation Bureau (EOB) as a Terrorism Liaison Officer (TLO) and as the instructor of the Dignitary Protection Unit (DPU). He has been featured on network television, radio, film and in national print publications. He is an master instructor, speaker and Subject Matter Expert on issue related to school safety, active shooter survival, corporate security, crisis management, international terrorism, travel safety, personal protection, weapons and tactics.
