Possess more than 10 years of successful professional civil and government experience in homeland security, emergency management, and defense/intelligence positions within Geographic Information System’s (GIS) analysis and emergency operations center positions using web based systems. Extensive interagency, intergovernmental operations, preparedness, planning and coordination, and training and exercises expertise with government and Non-Government Organizations (NGO’s). Direct homeland security and emergency management experience working closely with approximately 27 Federal civil, law enforcement, defense and intelligence Departments and Agencies, and all 50 states and U.S. territories, and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) including the American Red Cross National Headquarters. Direct response and Emergency Operations Center (EOC) experience during well over fifty federally declared disasters, September 11th 2001 terrorist attacks and special events at both the field and national levels. Organizational experience includes: DHS/Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Headquarters and Region VI Department of Defense (Intelligence Community-NRO) American Red Cross (ARC) National Headquarters, Disaster Operations Center Department of Agriculture (USDA) Headquarters, Emergency Operations Center State of Oklahoma - Legislature Task Force Specialties:Homeland Security, Homeland Defense, Emergency Management, Geographic Information System (GIS) Analysis, Cartography, Emergency Operations Centers (EOC), Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), Pandemic Influenza, Continuity of Operations (COOP), and interagency and intergovernmental emergency preparedness and response operations coordination.
