Planning for the talent, Identifying gaps between desired and current demand and determining priority to fill the talent demand. Training & Development: Identifying Training Need with the help of PMS, Management Request and Publishing yearly Training Calendar Identifying the relevant faculty from within and coordinating with external agencies and ensure the adherence to the training calendar Measuring Training Effectiveness Performance Management System: Participate and Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within organization and advise management in appropriate resolution of relative issues. Central Repository for all appraisal forms like self appraisal, supervisory appraisal and Support staff appraisal. Induction and Orientation & Soft skill Sessions Ensuring business, role and culture orientation through building a smooth orientation process. Acclimatize new joiner with various employee policy, processes, company profile and product with the help of well-defined induction presentation. Collecting and maintaining employee files and documentation as a part of joining process. Timely meeting with new joiner, getting employee insights and address grievances if any.
