I have a total experience of approximately 11 years, out of which initial 3.7 years in Event Management, ITES, and past 7.5 years in Business Continuity Management. Experienced in developing and implementing Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessment, Business Continuity Strategy and Planning at various levels, Disaster Recovery Planning, Crisis Management, Incident Management, Critical Resource Assessment, Business Continuity Management Exercises and managing real time scenarios. Designed and implemented business continuity plans based on BS25999 Standard for large enterprises. Internal Audit, Compliance and Implementation of BS25999 Standard in large companies operating in IT, ITES, manufacturing etc. Lead and managed on BCM software migration projects in leading organizations. Hands on experience in designing, migration and working on the following BCM software: 1. LDRPS and Paragon from Sunguard, 2. IBM BCP Toolkit (powered by MyCoop) 3. myCoop from Coop Systems, 4. eTools and IRM are CITI internal tools, 5. Archer, 6. Catalyst, 7. COBTRAC and 8. eBRP and EZ-Planner from eBRP.
