I am working for PT. Thaxa Management International as a training and consulting manager. We are in services field of business. We offer the management consulting and soft skills training to the companies nearby Jababeka (Cikarang), Bekasi, Karawang and Jakarta. We are in training and consulting field. Nowaday our challenge is to convince many companies in Jababeka that the training on their employee is also important in increase the employee engagement and even profit in the long term is to shift the paradigm most the of employer in Indonesia that human capital is now become a powerful strategy facing the global competition
