In this new role, Napierala will advise businesses and other professionals in the areas of employee benefits and risk management. A 2001 graduate of Clarkson University, Napierala has spent his entire career in the financial services industry, previously serving in sales and management roles with HSBC North America, MassMutual and Alliance Advisory Group.
