I work for Jardine Lloyd Thompson in the Employee Benefits Consultancy business area as the Group Risk Manager. In 2011 I rolled out the Group Management Risk Framework to 17 entities, identifying key risks, controls and putting in place business action plans. The entities included Actuarial Consulting, Wealth Management Services, a Discretionary Management Service, a SIPP/SASS business, Pension Scheme wind-up Service to list a few. All entity Risk Plans are managed using Salesforce, Risk Manager produced by Xactium.
