I am a senior executive in banking industry with over all experience of over fifteen years. I have strong background & performed in different areas of consumer assets business including Fraud prevention & detection / card operations ( charge backs / Authorization ) ATM operations / & merchant servicing. I also have good experience of transaction switch operations in addition to regular card operations. I am fortunate to have very unique card industry skill set which sets me apart from most peers operating in the industry at my level. Due to having acquired varied experience in cards industry, I aspire to be part of the business / strategy team to be able to share & add value in the business proposition based on an edge of my experience for more robust business strategy implementation with minimized exposure. I can be a catalyst for business success to achieve its bottom line. I have reasonably good understanding of MCI / Visa franchise operating regulations which is an added strength. I have done major process reengineering for process improvement in various areas from dispute resolution of both debit & credit cards to ATM back end for cash & GL reconciliation. I have good experience to be part of card launch teams for both debit & credit cards as well as have experience of getting Falcon Fraud Manager implemented through resulted oriented rules management for optimal functionality benefit. I have experience of teams management from hiring of staff till the process & policy implementation. I have been able to secure business from new market segments to maximization of revenue from the existing market segments with better business planning & resource redeployment.
