Quality and Business Excellence professional. Currently Head Operations in The Nielsen Company - a market research and retail measurement company. I believe that long term organizational sustainability lies in a management system that covers all stakeholders and areas in an organization. I am in the process of studying and trying to put together a comprehensive Organization Management system. I believe many organizations do have such a system in place but it is not balanced resulting in various performance and sustainability issues. Global Risk Management network will help me understand risk management and I hope to share my ideas on how to weave it into a Corporate Performance and Sustainability System.
