Entertaining claims upon client/bank request and appointment of surveyor for the same. Entering claim information in software i.e. General Insurance System (GIS). Collection of claim snaps and uploading in GIS. Dealing with surveyors, banks and/or clients in disputed claims. Forwarding crucial cases to department’s technical officials for their information and action. Checking claim files for further processing and entering in GIS for settlements. Sending claim files to accounts department for payments and disbursement thereof. Record keeping and processing of Motor Co-Insurance claims. Assisting colleagues with claims and filing process. Training delivery to new officials in department and/or other local branches.
