Proxy Security Technical Account Manager Blue Coat Inc May 2010 – Present (1 year 6 months) - Design and Implement secure internet connection through proxy. - Advice best practice option to customer on proxy implementation based on their Global Security Policy. - Translate customer functional requirement and controls with Proxy features to compliance to their security controls and meet customer requirement. - Risk assessment on customer controls and advice them how to mitigate this risk by using BlueCoat Security. - Implement the DLP (Data Loss / Leak Protection) for traffic on the network, including email and web content, and data at rest in databases or on servers with a unified management system. - Conduct weekly meeting with customer to discuss design, sizing / performance, technical issues, bug, open case progress, product training and proactive monitoring. - Coordinate BlueCoat Technical Team to work with customer on new implementation, design, technical issues and best practice solution. - Help customer with technical support to resolve BlueCoat Technical issue. - Prepare SOW documentation and complete the implementation task based on the SOW.
