Indeed, in the year 2100, one-third of world population (3.6 to 10 billion) will be concentrated in Africa, which will have a population younger, while the aging take even stronger in North America and Europe. With the support of specialized entities, such as the various African governments and NGO, Exim-Bank, OPIC, EDC, Carbon Fund and many others still involved in the development of international commercial relations, we are now able to contribute to the resolution of the current financial crisis in more positive way.
