I am a Risk Manager in Philips with my prime focus on Supplier Risk Management. In times when the dependency on the third parties is increasing, so are the needs for a robust risk management which can offer more risk transparency, quicker and accurate risk analysis and classification, documented decisions on risk responses, proper balanced mitigation actions and ongoing monitoring of the risk trend. I am developing a risk framework, which can treat suppliers' exposure in a holistic way in a complex, global manufacturing industry in a highly regulated medical sector. I am interested in connecting with other experienced professionals in this domain, as I see a lot of unexplored potential. There are certain supplier-related risks explored in isolation from others, while for a successful program this should be a holistic approach. I would be highly interested to join panels of experts for valuable discussions on this, connecting people from different risk domains with the focus on the supplier risk. If there are any events, I would like to be informed about them and join.
