Iam a credit and collection analyst, currently magaging non performing loan book at KCB Bank nairobi, Kenya. We analyse the performance of the accounts and risks involves in the trading industry of the particular debtor that may have impacted on the debtor's cashflows and the general economic industry as a whole to see how best to bring back the debt to good book, by either restructuring the debt, we may also consider receivership and if situation is not recoverable/worse, then we foreclose.
