My name is Betsy Robertson and I am a Professional Employer Consultant with Oasis Outsourcing. Oasis is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO). We minimize the risk of being an employer by providing a national platfrom for HR administration and compliance, large group benefits/ benefits administration, payroll and tax compliance, plus workers compensation. On behalf of our 4000+ client companies, we administer 120,000 client-company employees throughout the US. The laws governing the employee-employer relationship are increasingly difficult to understand and interpret. It is too expensive for most companies to retain internal staff with expertise in all facets of labor law, benefit plan regulations, wage and hour law, etc. I assess current work force practices and costs for business owners and executives. Most of my clients employ between 20 to 500 employees, often in a multi-state environment. My areas of expertise include employee benefits, plan design and cost control strategies, employee relations, workers compensation, safety and payroll.
