I am VP Business Controls w/ Prudential Retirement in Hartford, CT. I have 17+ years of leadership experience in the fields of Enterprise and Operational Risk Management with specialization in the areas of Business Continuity (BCPC), Risk Event Management, Risk Strategy and New Business Development. I am the former chair of the Risk Management Associations Operational Risk Management Discussion Group and have spoken or served on expert panels at multiple high profile conferences including Risk Minds and RMA. I am an entrepreneur at heart and constantly searching for new ways to streamline governance risk and control systems to enable new business ventures and internal process improvement. I have passion for Change Management and Talent Management and proven track record for developing high performing teams.
