Most of my work is in the areas of insurance and reinsurance. I provide advise to insurers and reinsurers on coverage and claims handling issues, and work with insurers and reinsurers to draft and/or revise their policy forms and wordings. I am currently focusing primarily on professional liability claims, with a specialty in cyber/privacy claims, and I also advise corporate clients about privacy and data breach issues.
