As an executive and as a consultant I have demonstrated the ability to Develop actionable, fact based, strategies; Lead large scale transformation programs; Radically improve business processes & operating models; Create superior performing teams of performance improvement experts, strategy consultants, and competitive intelligence and business information professionals. SUMMARY OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS Strategy/Strategic Initiatives: - Instituted dynamic fact based process for $10b Property and Casualty Insurance Company. - Led strategic reviews and developed actionable roadmaps for insurance company’s small business division, middle market division, large property line, research and product area, and data management area. - Led expense synergy valuation team for $4.7b acquisition opportunity. Quality/Lean Six Sigma - Created 2 Lean Six Sigma internal consulting teams and led one existing Lean Six Sigma team (100 full time Lean Six Sigma MBBs/BBs and 3,000 part time employees/Green Belts). In aggregate teams delivered $750M in benefits. - Created Lean Six Sigma consulting practice focused on financial services, healthcare, and telecommunications ($300M of client benefits, $9M in annual revenues within 3 years of startup, 10 full time consultants and 40 associates). Portfolio Management - Managed $200M IT Invest portfolio.
