Summary A qualified I.S auditor with outstanding experience in ICT Technical Support and Administration. Having spent more than 10 years in ICT Services delivery, I have a particular interest in a dependable firm where my technical & analytical skills and experience can be an asset in the growth of the company. I'm currently responsible for auditing Business operations, LAWSON ERP system, STORELINE retail system, Mpesa & Airtel Financial systems, Loyalty and Gift Card systems. Experience • Participate in the planning and scoping of internal audits. • Perform document test of controls and operating effectiveness of controls. • Participate in audit entrance and exit conferences and presents IS audit findings. • Assist in the identification and continuous monitoring of risks and other potential exposures. • Assess business risks and evaluates the effectiveness of control levels. • Provide insight to the client on the content of control objectives and activities. • Provide constructive recommendations for correcting unsatisfactory conditions to improve controls. • Administer continuous audits, evaluating the operating effectiveness of controls leading to increased assurance of controls in place and reduced risks. • Provide regular status on assignment progress, difficulties and results to audit team management. I'd like to become the Chief Information Security Officer however I'm still gathering knowledge and experience to get to my desired position. My main challenge is that in my company I.S security management has not been given the emphasis it deserves.
