I have earned Bachelor degree in Economics and Law .I have MBA (Controller) and a M.A. in Economics and a Ph.D. in Politics, everything in Brazil. I've worked for the Central Bank of Brazil for 35 years, in different positions of Banking Supervision, even as Head of the Banking Supervision Department. I worked with the Basel II implementation in Brazil and was representative in groups of the Basel Committee and the FSB. After that, I was Executive Superintendent of Public Policy in Banco Santander (Brasil). Today I am a consultant for Financial System and Corporate Governance.
