Summary Cathy Luders, MBA, P.E., PMP, CISM, CIPP-US Cathy is passionate about IT Project Management and Compliance Program Management and has over 20 years of proven successful project management experience in both the Engineering and IT fields. Cathy is a Project Manager in Spectrum Health's newly formed Project Services Office. She recently led the team to successful implementation of the first self check-in kiosks for the Helen De Vos Pediatric clinics. Additionally she Program Managed the Epic Technology Implementation at Spectrum Health including the technology convergence and Epic upgrade with MMPC, data center preparations and moves, network build and redundancy, training center build-out, clinic location analysis and preparation and end-user device analysis and rollout in support of the overall Epic program. Previously she held a position at Steelcase as the Global Compliance Leader handling such areas of IT compliance as Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, C-TPAT, Privacy, eDiscovery/Litigation hold and Records Retention. In September 2009, she successfully led an international cross-functional team of managers and staff to Safe Harbor Certification in compliance with European privacy laws. Prior to that as the SAP Release Manager, in 2002 she led the first ever implementation of SAP suite of products: SRM, EBP, SuS, EP and subsequently in 2004 the first upgrade of those products. She delivered a seminar on Global Privacy at Detroit Secure World, November 2008, titled "Global Privacy - Risk Trickles Down to the Smallest Company". Cathy has also delivered Project Management courses at Steelcase 2005-2008 and Grand Valley State University in 2005. She is a Professional Engineer, (P.E.), a Project Management Professional, (PMP), a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) and an MBA in Finance with an International Business Certificate. Specialties Project Management and Change Leadership exhibited in the following: Leading Safe Harbor Certification with the European Commission's Directive on Data Privacy, refreshing Records Retention Schedules and Policies. Launching a Strategy Team focused on Global Privacy and Information Management within Steelcase. Implementation and upgrade of enterprise SAP environment.
