I am an experience lender across senior debt, one stop and mezzanine loans (25 years), formally credit trained and have started and managed a debt fund that generated mid teen returns to LP investors. I have substantial experience in structuring loans, underwriting, portfolio management work outs and turn arounds. I have tools, processes, and methodology that can build successful and scaleable funds, turn around existing portfolios, and create standards of excellence to make any lending endeavor highly successful.
