I am the Head of Corporate Planning in Sony (Malaysia), the sales & marketing arm of the electronics company in Malaysia. Being in the Electronics industry, the volatility of the business is my main concern, to be abe to meet KPIs, predominantly sales and profits. Fluctuating global risks affect business even when the business is only in Malaysia and seemingly not directly affected by global upheavals.
