I am an independent consultant and advisor focusing on outsourcing best practice. I led the development of a global sourcing standard, which is adopted by organisations around the world. I have been involved for a number of years with the International Standards Organisation (ISO) contributing to the development of a number of outsourcing related standards. I have in-depth expertise in sourcing strategy, risk, supplier selection, commercial negotiation, change management, transition and Exit, performance management, relationship management and governance.
