Results driven financial services marketing professional with proven leadership, project management and creative problem solving skills. Led State Street Global Advisors (SSgA) Global Content Management and Presentation teams and implemented technology enabled content management system and controls for external Client and Sales meeting presentations revolutionizing the presentations processes for institutional strategies at State Street. Most recently led the team through a year of unprecedented growth and change in 2011. Presentation growth of 18%, up from a typical year of 2,300 to over 2,700 presentations was met with efficiency gains by working closely with Content Owners and Compliance improving the content management posting rate by 17%. Also in an environment of cost savings and going green, used less paper in 2011 than in 2009 and half of what was used in 2008. In addition to mutual fund and institutional marketing content for presentations, RFPs, and consultant databases have a strong marketing, advertising and corporate communication background in the broker/dealer, data vendor and agency arena. Worked closely with local, national and recruitment agencies facilitating advertising creation and placement, tradeshows, PR campaigns and corporate events.
