Claude is an investment banking and corporate finance professional with over 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, structured finance and risk management. This experience spans over North America, Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. He closed over five successful acquisitions transactions in France and was Involved in the evaluation and implementation of various investment projects, related to high technology (SIM cards), pharmaceutical (generic medicines), and heavy industry (cold steel plant), as well as, financial services Claude has held senior positions at several financial institutions including Abu Dhabi Investment Company. Since he joined SinoGulf Investments in 2007, he has led the Investor Relations Group dealing with senior executives of financial institutions and high net worth individuals as well as working on the inception of new projects. With his combined engineering degree from Ecole Polytechnic and financial background with a BAA and MBA from HEC, complemented by his my motivation and strong work ethic, he held significant executive positions in Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Investments Banking, Operation Management and Risk Management.
