Certified Professional Consultant engineer and PMP (PMI Certified Project Manager) with 30 years of wide experience in the implementation of water sector projects. Balanced experience embracing the full range of the project cycle through project identification, capital long-term investment planning, Master Planning, Feasibility studies with cost benefit analysis, value engineering, design, procurement and construction management of large water and wastewater treatment works (including extensions/ refurbishments to live works and marine outfalls). Extensive international experience throughout Europe, GCC and the Middle East, Western Balkans, Turkey and the U.S.
