Cris possesses over 16 years of experience identifying best practices while delivering customer facing solutions and issue resolution management. Having started his career in engineering and installation with Fujitsu Network Services, Cris has identified his career path with the single goal of resolving issues while improving performance. Having worked with Executives across diverse industry sectors, Cris has gained the perspective that allows him to communicate business transformation tactics and strategies that positively impact a company’s bottom line. These strategies yield strategic and financial gains that propel the organization toward their goals and beyond, to a framework that creates consistency for success. It is Cris’s opinion that no matter the situation that presents itself, in life and in work, a positive outcome must be achieved for all parties involved. He holds these principles at the forefront of everything he pursues while understanding that at the end of every professional arrangement, friendships form the bonds that produce great business relationships and fantastic business outcomes.
