Over thirty years experience in the Department of Defense Contracting Field, this includes five years in the Joint arena and remaining in the Army arena. The majority is Strategic Operations for Program/Business Management; with extensive knowledge and experience in managing a large quantity of personnel in a fast paced environment, program scheduling, risk management, internal/external/independent audits, and hardware and software configuration management while meeting the requirements, budget, and schedule of efforts. Have worked in Acquisition, Science and Technology arena. As part of the Acquisition process, efforts included the managing of multiple contracts simultaneously, negotiating pre-award, leading and being a member of contract evaluation boards, ensuring compliance with requirements such as milestones, schedule/timelines, and budget.
