I am the CEO of RayPar Medical Group. We own and operate multiple medical clinics including 2 Urgent Cares, 3 adult primary care clinics, 3 pediatric clinics, and a physical therapy/Chiropractic clinic. Finding, and training good staff, good doctors and providers is always a challenge. Managing Risk based Medicare, and EHR implementation is also a big challenge.
