Dan Mahoney is a seasoned, senior level executive with over 35 years of experience and success in accelerated top-line growth, bottom-line profitability and strengthening enterprise equity value, for private, publically traded and equity group owned companies in a variety of industries. Throughout his professional career, he has led many business enterprises through profitable growth, acquisitions, integration, turnaround situations, and industry consolidations. His expertise is designing, developing, and deploying management strategies that deliver multimillion-dollar profits, boost market share, increase brand awareness, and strengthens shareholder equity Mr., Mahoney has worked for several public companies such as IBM, Boise Cascade, United Stationers and US Office Products as well as several private portfolio companies of leading national Equity Groups. Currently, he is the CEO for the Muhler Company one of the largest privately owned distributors of high quality building products in South Carolina. In addition, he is a Managing Partner of Broadmoor Business Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in international and domestic distribution and supply chain services, a Senior Partner of Raindance Strategic Partners a consulting firm specializing in financial advisory to small and medium size companies and a Managing Partner of Charleston Business Advisors a firm that specializes in providing business advisory services to small and medium size privately owned businesses. Prior to 2008 he was CEO of Musicorp, Inc. an international company and one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of musical instruments and accessories in the United States, a portfolio company of American Capital. From 1997 he held the positions of President for US Office Products and then President of Allied Office Products both leading national distributors of office products and services. Mr. Mahoney has been involved in more than 30 merger and acquisition projects throughout his career and served on several Boards of Directors of US companies in distribution based industries.
