DAVE POPPLE PhD is a Corporate Psychologist and President of the Psynet Group, formerly Corporate Insights Global LLC, Psynet consults in talent management by effectively combining the insights of former CHROs and corporate psychologists. In addition to leadership, Dave focuses on assessment, executive development, and research into more innovative data gathering tools. His successes include a critical thinking measure and the integration of organizational network analysis with team assessment. Dave has also created programs on strategic thinking, high potential leadership development, innovation, communication, sales and influencing, and developing internal coaches. Prior to his career as a corporate psychologist, Dave worked with youth and families; developed an inner-city tutoring and outreach program that serves 1500 children and 500 volunteers annually; worked with prison inmates; and provided a variety of social services to unique populations. He continues to apply the lessons learned from serving others into his current approach. Dave is used as a resource for several media outlets as an expert commentator on psychology in the workplace and enjoys working as a consulting producer for business-based reality TV shows.
