David Brady, President of DBrady Risk Associates Ltd., has over 30 years of heavy industrial experience, the majority being in project and risk management. He is the President of DBrady Risk Associates Ltd after recently retiring from Suncor Energy’s Major Projects Group as the Manager Risk and Lessons Learned for the Voyageur Upgrader Project. He is a member of PMI, the Risk SIG, and AACE where he helped develop the recently issued Decision and Risk Management Professional (DRMP) certification. Mr. Brady has authored papers, reviewed risk manuscripts and made presentations at PMI, AACE, RIMS, CIMM, and other functions. He is transferring his knowledge to others through teaching of PMI courses, being a university guest lecturer, mentoring, and developing project and engineering conferences.
