Job Title: Financial Credit Analyst Industry: Commercial Banking I perform extensive credit mitigation by investigating and analyzing financial statements and credit reports to arrive at annual financial trends. This detailed process is done with the involvement of financial modeling with consideration of such items as, profitability, internal rate of return, earnings, saving patterns, payment history, purchase activities, subsidiary relationship, and global cash flow analysis which considers income, liquidity, cash flow, contingent liabilities, and other relevant factors to determine the guarantor’s financial capacity to fulfill the obligation. My assessment also includes consideration of all guarantors’ financial capacity to fulfill the contingent claims that exist. I have extensive commercial real estate lending experience.
