I am a senior Operational Risk manager with experience in both 1LOD and 2LOD in a number of top investment banks in London and in Hong Kong. My expertise & knowledge includes the implementation of Operational Risk frameworks, policies and tools and delivering tangible improvements. I also have Business Management experience with problem solving and project management skills (PRINCE2). I’m recognised as a strong but fair leader with a hands-on approach, good at coaching, mentoring and developing staff and with clear communication and presentation skills. I’m comfortable working with senior stakeholders. My earlier career included a short-service career in the Royal Navy as a Royal Marines officer I'm presently working in a consultative role for a risk assessment cycle within Finance Leasing.
