Head of Risk, Security and Compliance for SERCO Corporate Shared Services. I have recently transferred from a highly successful military career, finishing my time as CRO for the Royal Navy. I have joined SERCO to lead the charge to move Risk Management away from a largely process driven exercise to be a living, breathing decision support function with risk management driving better business conversations and risk managers providing the Division’s conscience. Part way through a 2 year, part-time, Masters in Risk. Interested in strategic consideration of risk with an eye to greater responsibility in due course.
