My name is David Silverman. I have been a practicing attorney since 1982 having opened my own Firm in 1983 as The Silverman Law Firm. The 2010 merger between The Silverman Law Firm and The Law Offices of Irvin Borenstein created Silverman/Borenstein PLLC. We now have offices in Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming. We represent a wide range of financial sector clients which include Fortune 500 financial institutions, debt purchasers, automobile finance companies, credit unions and insurance carriers. We also hold collection agency licenses in all jurisdictions except ND and NC. I am looking for growth and expansion oportunities in the financial services industry. Our primary challenge is the regulatory envirnment. I am developing a methodology of transforming regulatory challenges into profit center.
