I work as an Associate at Snowball group is a leading private equity investment and advisory firm. The company's primary function is to liaise with global investor community and help them identify investment opportunity, facilitate the investment process, and manage these assets. In doing so, Snowball group also applies Corporate Finance discipline to assist companies with their growth strategies by identifying opportunities, facilitating access to funding, and managing the entire process. I joined Snowball Group in 2013 after successfully completing her Master of Business Administration (MBA), specialising in business management and corporate finance. My expertise is in preparing offer documents and prospectuses. I am also heavily involved in market research and analysis, industries and company comparisons, risk assessment, financial modelling and analysis, and assisting in company valuations. In my role as Associate, I am responsible for managing the due diligence processes, gathering and analysing key data, making recommendations on business strategies, liaising with clients and ensuring compliance requirements are met during transactions, and meeting with investors. I would like to learn more about risk management best practices to assist in my professional growth in the future.
