I am a Risk Management and Human Resource professional. Presently I am pursuing a Masters degree in Human Resource Leadership and expect to graduate March 2013. I have been fortunate to have had equal RM/HR experience in both the public and private sectors. My desire is to work as a Risk Management/Human Resource Director. I am presently looking for a great opportunity to work in the area of my passion again. I have extensive experience in managing liability and commercial insurance portfolios, OSHA compliance and safety programs, training, filing workmen compensation claims, accident investigations, root cause analysis and hazard corrections, and safety inspections/audits and more. My Human Resource experience included staffing, supervisory, policy and procedures and employee benefits and benefit plan administration. I love a challenge.
