I am an accredited fellow of The Association of Corporate Treasurers and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom. I possess 15yrs experience in the Financial Markets, 7 of which at the Board Level having seen the organisation grow from 100+ to 650+ when left for new challenges at the end of 2009. In early 2010 I set up Maclear with a friend who has a strong background in and a passion for Governance, Risk and Compliance at the enterprise level (eGRC). Maclear has developed an affordable, SaaS based, open architectured and agile GRC software solution. Maclear also provides professional services to assist organizations with their GRC Roadmap, Training and Awareness and helps them implement and support its own and third party eGRC toolsets.
