I am a licensed Life and Insurance Agent working with an independent insurance agency. I am also attending University of Phoenix, majoring in Human Resources Management graduating in December, 2012, with an interest in learning more on Globalization, and training organizations the importance of understanding Culture and Diversity in today's society. My goal is to obtain a job working in HRM with a diversity organization to share and implement a strategic planning when hiring employees with culture differences.
