Dora Hines/Managing Director of Hines Consultants, LLC. Hines Consultants specializes in on-site due diligence, middle and back office operations, regulatory and compliance oversight, platform structure and vetting of third party providers. Ms. Hines founded Hines Consultants and currently serves as the Managing Director where she is able to leverage more than 25 years of operations and due diligence experience in the financial services industry to deliver custom tailored solutions for her clients. Through both her longevity and proven track record she has become an established figure in the Chicago financial services industry. Ms. Hines previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Operations at HFR Asset Management where her leadership and operations expertise played an integral role in the risk management and operations functions while overseeing $4.5 billion under management. Ms. Hines was also responsible for leading all aspects of the back office operations of over 150 hedge fund products. Before joining HFR, Ms. Hines was Director of Operations at SJO, Inc. where she managed all back office operations related to the CTA/CPO functions of the firm.
